Customer Service Representative

We are looking for someone with a warm phone voice and excellent customer service skills to serve the mission of the Marian Helpers Center! If you’re at home meeting customers' needs and supporting a great team, this may be just the job for you!

Responsibilities include:

  • answering and processing incoming calls on our (800) phone lines
  • some data entry
  • occasional proofreading support

Ideal candidate would have pleasant and professional phone manners, basic computer skills, and have the ability to read, speak, and write in English.

Please Note: This is an in-person, not remote, position, and candidates must eligible to work in the U.S.
