Warehouse Work Coordinator

The Association of Marian Helpers, a Catholic non-profit organization, has a full-time opening in its Fulfillment Department for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator. This position performs all phases of stockroom activity and is a team-player who supports and provides back-up to the Inventory Planner, and both the Assistant Materials Manager and the Materials Manager.

We’re seeking an experienced, professional and energetic person to join our team, yet we are willing to train the right person. The candidate must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be organized and motivated
  • 5+ years logistics/warehouse experience preferred
  • Must have experience using inventory planning systems, spreadsheets and word processing applications
  • Must be able to list up to 70 lbs.
  • Must be reliable and punctual

Experience:

  • 5+ years of warehouse/logistics experience
  • Associates Degree in Business Management a plus
  • Previous forklift experience
