Frank Tufo, beloved husband, loving father and grandfather, peacefully took the hand of Jesus on May 15, 1996 to join in a celebration with the Angels in Heaven. Frank is loved and remembered as an exceptionally kind, gentle and loving spirit gifted with many talents and an extraordinary ability to brighten the path for everyone he met along the way. He graciously left us with the memory of his laughter as he was blessed with a remarkable sense of humor he so generously shared. Although his presence will always be missed, his loving heart will continue to guide us until we meet again.
When Frank was a teenager, he wrote the following loving poem for Jesus...
My dear Jesus, Life of my Soul,
My heart is weary, please take me home.
All worldly goods mean nothing to me,
My dear Jesus, Caress in me.
In Heaven above, where all is love,
I long to be a flower, a dove.
Hurry to me, my soul aches for Thee,
My dear Jesus, Caress in me.
My dear Jesus, You heard my prayer,
Now I'm in Heaven under your care.
All pain and grief are over for me,
My dear Jesus, You in me.
Dear Souls below pray you may keep
Faith in the Lord, and never more weep.
In Heaven dear ones, so happy, so bright,
Joy in this Everlasting Light.
My dear Jesus, You are my life.
