I would like to help give hope to anyone who may be trying to have a baby. With prayer to Almighty God and the Blessed Virgin Mary, miracles can happen.
I was told I would be unable to have children because of polycystic ovary syndrome. My husband, Patrick, and I are now 32 years married and have three grown children and eight grandchildren. Thanks be to God, the Blessed Mother, and all the angels and saints. Amen.

In her last hour
My mother came into the Catholic Church when she was married to my father in 1940. Years later, she fell away from the Church and was very vocal and hostile about the Catholic religion.
Fast forward to her last days, suffering from severe dementia in an assisted living facility where she was spewing out disoriented, angry thoughts, even swearing at a visiting pastor from hospice. My sister and I decided to start praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet for her as she was nearing the end of her life. Another sister who was visiting my mother at the time witnessed her exclaiming, out of the blue, "Hail Mary, full of grace."
I feel our prayers were heard and that this was a sign that Jesus was there as Merciful Savior in her last hour.

We need a song
While waiting for Mass to begin at the Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary, Queen of the Universe, in Orlando, Florida, on Divine Mercy Sunday, I was inspired to send you a message. Prior to coming to Mass, I listened to Fr. Chris Alar's hour-long YouTube video, which was given on the day that one of your employees lost his life. The message I received in my heart was: "Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could have a song that directly honored Divine Mercy Sunday that could be as popular as the Leonard Cohen song 'Hallelujah'?"
"Hallelujah" is sung by both believers and nonbelievers and is one of the most popular songs in the world. Maybe there's a song already out there that honors the Divine Mercy that has not taken fire yet. I am asking that you ask the Marian Helpers around the world to inspire someone to compose such a song, if it does not already exist. I believe the right song will be blessed by our Savior, and it will help inspire and remind people of this most important day of the year in the Church.
