Marian vocations are thriving! On Ordination Weekend, May 8 and 9, 2026, at the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy, we welcomed three new Deacons and one new Priest for the Marian Congregation.

On Sept. 6, Br. Patrick Lynch, MIC was ordained to the transitional diaconate, the last step, God willing, on his vocational journey to the priesthood.

On Saturday, Sept. 6 at the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy, Br. Patrick Lynch, MIC, will be ordained to the transitional diaconate for the Marian Fathers.

There's a new priest for the Congregation of Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary: Father Alexander D. Pumphrey, MIC. Father Alex was ordained to the priesthood on Aug. 16 at the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy.

The ceremony of the first vows of Br. Austin Rose, MIC, took place on March 30 at the chapel of the Franciscan Sisters of Penance of the Sorrowful Mother in Toronto, Ohio.

Father Stephen Castellano, MIC, was ordained to the priesthood for the Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception on May 18, the feast day the feast day of the Marian Founder, St. Stanislaus Papczyński.

The perpetual profession of vows, also known as making final vows, is the final stage in joining a religious congregation. Three Marian brothers have now taken that "last step": Br. Ryan Asensio, MIC; Br. Patrick Lynch, MIC; and Br. Alexander Pumphrey, MIC.

The Marian Fathers are blessed with an abundance of vocations. But what is life like for a Marian seminarian? Brother Josh, MIC, a second-year seminarian at the Marian House of Studies in Steubenville, Ohio, begins a weekly column on his formation journey, which began last year as "Novice Notes."
